I felt nostalgic, the crossfunctional teams everyone feels the same, a bond was created and a family was made. And we wrapped up the 8 week immersive bootcamp at sidehustle.

As the bootcamp (side hustle) comes to an end the knowledge instilled will now elevate us as product managers. As product managers, plenty opinions and what should be done can be disorienting. To cut down on subjectivity, we decided to take the goal-first approach. This approach enables clarity concerning our goals and what we plan to achieve in and outside the bootcamp as a team. Lydia took the reins of prioritizing our goals and assigning achievable issues to the team which makes it easier to decide on what to work on next. In the spirit of Ending with a bang, we were tasked with The Process of Creating a One-Week Sprint with the goal of Hosting a Password Manager app on Playstore. We all know sometimes we forget our passwords and that’s where a password manager materialize . A password manager is a piece of software that helps to manage your digital security by helping you create, store and retrieve unique passwords for your online accounts. How to create a one week sprint. To successfully implement a one week sprint is to have daily standups to breakdown tasks between teams. Use a collaborative tool to document the sprint process ( We used the jira app to document our sprint process) Follow up and ensure sprint is complete by the end of the week.   1. Submit the password app on play store
  2. Follow up on the submitted app to ensure it is approved by playstore. 3.Notify the email list of the password app’s availability
  3. Notify press list and influencers.
  4. Research on how to design a dashboard for recording and analyzing metrics and KPIs
  5. Design a dashboard for recording and analyzing metrics and kpis . All items on the sprint were assigned to the team, keeping everyone on the same page and promoting visibility in crucial areas.
